New Tour Moderator Orientation Tour
Each fall ET takes a group of our new Tour Moderators to Washington, DC to get to know them, teach them about the city, and prepare them for their tour with their students. It is a wonderful, fun filled, educational weekend, that we look forward to organizing. If you are a new Washington, DC Tour Moderator contact your Account Manager for details.
I cannot tell you enough how impressed I am with your company! This weekend was fabulous! I learned so much about DC, and I feel much more confident as a tour leader than I did even after completing last year's trip (with our old company). The ET people were very fun and helpful. I wish I could have met you and Jenette, but thank you so much for your welcome note! I am definitely staying with your company through the years ahead! My plan is to rotate the DC, NYC, and maybe, Chicago, trips each spring break.

I would like to take this opportunity to inform you of how beneficial I found the Educational Tours Orientation Trip to Washington D.C. last fall. I just returned from Washington D.C. with the 8th grade class and having gone through the orientation benefited this trip in several ways. It helped save time, aided in adding and changing sites to the itinerary, and adjusted restaurants and evening activities to better meet the needs of the current group of students.
I would highly recommend the Orientation Trip, especially for those who have not been to Washington D.C. It gives you the opportunity to really customize the trip to the specific needs of your students. The other chaperones commented on what a nice trip I put together. Both had been on class trips before and commented on how many different things we saw and how well things flowed, i.e. no lines, getting through security quickly, etc.
